Where do we ship from?

We ship our scooters from the EU warehouse in Hungary (depending on stock availability). Orders from other regions, as well as current part & accessory orders, will be shipped by air directly from the factory.

When can I expect to receive my order? How long does it take?

We will process your order within 24 to 48 hours. In most cases, the scooter can be shipped the next business day. For standard deliveries to most EU countries, the estimated delivery time is approximately 4 to 7 business days. Air freight orders take 15-25 days to deliver.
